Prepare for college and career life at one of our fun and educational Find Your Way programs for teens in grades 7-12! Our most popular programs in the past have been Dorm Room Cooking and Self-Defense. Registation is appreciated.

Crossover: a Teen-Tween Program series

We meet every 2nd Friday of the month after the library closes for some fun, creative, and active programs. Some of our most popular programs have been Escape from Azkaban, Putt-Putt in the Library, and Floats & Strokes. Register for our next crossover program today!

Electra Light Ukulele Workshop

Learn how to play ukulele at this beginners workshop with local musician Andrew Hollywood! The Electra Light Ukulele Workshop will occur every 2nd Wednesday of the month at 5pm in the Makerspace. There are ukuleles at the library available for borrow during the workshop, or you can bring your own! This event is for anyone ages 12 & up. Registration is required.

Join us for an evening of crafting with local craft guru, Virginia Brasher every first Thursday of the month! Share your favorite graphic novel, manga, comic, or webtoon with fellow graphic novel lovers at our Look It: Graphic Novels Club meetings! Pathfinder and Starfinder

Every 2nd and 4th Tuesday evening we host an ongoing role-playing game. Pathfinder is a fantasy RPG and Starfinder is an intergalactic sci-fi one. The first 8 registrants will be able to play the game for the evening, but anyone can come and hang out, eat food, watch and learn! Register for the next Pathfinder or Starfinder meeting today!

Teen Advisory Board


We'd love to have you join the Teen Advisory Committee (TAB) that meets the first Monday of each month at 5:00 p.m. We primarily communicate with The Emmet O'Neal Teen Advisory Board through the app GroupMe.
